Come and stretch, strengthen and relax whilst developing calming breathing practices on a Thursday from 2-3pm at this weekly Hatha yoga class in Stonehouse. All equipment is provided, unless you'd like to bring your own. Save 10% on the drop in price with this six week block of sessions.
