If you're curious about meditation but feel that it's out of reach or just not your thing, this six-week beginners course is just right for you. We'll discuss misconceptions and combat worries associated with meditation as we move through a structured six-week programme designed to open your mind to the practice. You will learn techniques to reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Each weekly session builds upon previous lessons to help you establish a sustainable personal practice.
